Having a session with Katrina was a real eye-opener. The digital, technology Governance and Compliance audit she undertook on my business was very informative. There were so many aspects of compliance I was largely unaware of that no one hardly talks about. Katrina was able to take me through a series of steps, breaking it down in layman’s terms with clear explanations so I really understood how it works. 

The session was thorough, productive and she really knew her stuff! Lots of people are surprised when I tell them that The Cacao Club is a one-woman show. I started and run this business on my own with no support from investors or employees. It’s been a journey and while yes, there have been a few breakdowns along the way, I would not have made it this far without the support from a few incredibly, smart and generous people, over the years. One of them is Katrina Young, my business coach. Last year I was lucky enough to work with Kat and it was one of the best business investments I have made. Kat is an absolute pro at meeting you where you’re at on your journey. It was a truly holistic experience and one of my favourite and most valued parts of our work together was the time we spent uncovering my ‘why’ and the emotional drive behind my business goals.

Kat and Amy have really helped us along our marketing journey! We didn’t really know what we were doing and they very much handheld us through the process. There was lots of information (and lots of work for us to do!) but it was all worthwhile and has really helped us to hone our messaging and marketing. At very short notice Katrina agreed to deliver a student workshop around creating a professional LinkedIn profile here at Canterbury Christ Church University.
