By booking a session or using any mentoring or consulting services, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions in their entirety.

1. Booking and Payment:
1.1. All mentoring and consulting sessions must be booked in advance through the designated booking process provided by Katrina Young Consulting.
1.2. Service payment shall be made according to the agreed-upon rates and schedule. Payment details will be provided during the booking process.
1.3. Any discounts, promotions, or special offers are subject to their specific terms and conditions and may be subject to change or expiration.

2. Confidentiality:
2.1. Katrina Young Consulting acknowledges and respects the confidential nature of the information shared during mentoring or consulting sessions.
2.2. All information disclosed by the client, whether written or spoken, will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with any third parties without the client's explicit consent, except where required by law.

3. Copyright and Intellectual Property:
3.1. All materials, resources, documents, or intellectual property provided by Katrina Young Consulting during mentoring or consulting sessions are protected by copyright laws.
3.2. The client acknowledges and agrees that all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, belong to Katrina Young Consulting.
3.3. The client may use the provided materials and resources solely for their personal or professional development and may not reproduce, distribute, or share them with third parties without the written consent of Katrina Young Consulting.

4. Voxer Mentoring and Consulting Data:
4.1. Voxer is a communication platform used for mentoring and consulting purposes. The client acknowledges and understands that the information shared through Voxer may be stored and processed by Voxer Inc., subject to their terms and privacy policy.
4.2. While Katrina Young Consulting takes reasonable measures to ensure the privacy and security of communication through Voxer, the client acknowledges that no communication platform is entirely secure, and Katrina Young Consulting shall not be held liable for any unauthorised access or breaches of privacy that may occur.

5. Limitation of Liability:
5.1. The client acknowledges that mentoring and consulting services are provided on an "as is" basis, and Katrina Young Consulting does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
5.2. Katrina Young Consulting shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the mentoring or consulting services, including but not limited to financial loss, business interruption, or loss of data.
5.3. The client agrees to use the mentoring and consulting services at their own risk and takes full responsibility for any decisions or actions taken based on the information or advice provided.

6. Termination:
6.1. Either party may terminate the mentoring or consulting services by providing 30 days written notice to the other party.
6.2. In the event of termination, the client shall be responsible for any outstanding payments due up to the termination date, and no refunds shall be issued for services already rendered.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
7.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
7.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

By booking a session or using any mentoring or consulting services provided by Katrina Young Consulting, you indicate your understanding, acceptance, and agreement to these terms and conditions.
